A forum sponsored by HomeJournalBusiness.com has been attempting to discredit KC Home Inventory by making inaccurate or false statements about customers being disappointed with our company, products and software.

The software provided in the KC Home Inventory Kit is designed for all Windows Operating Systems - as well as the newest Windows 7.  The software is also supplied for all Mac Operating systems.   Inaccurate statements from fictious users about the program locking up and having to restart numerous times as well as using excessive amounts of paper are fabricated.

I also made a mistake getting the KC Home Inventory kit and recently sent it back. 

They told me the software would work on Windows 7 but it kept locking up and had to be restarted numerous times which was very concerning.   I was only doing a small test inventory so could only imagine if this happened while with a client. 

I also didn't like how the reports were organized and seemed to use an excessive amount of paper.

Other comments on their forum about being disappointed with the KC Home Inventory kit are baseless, biased and some are fabricated.  We have been contacted by our satisfied customers who have attempted to post positive rebuttles to the disappointed comments only to have them deleted.  This is not a fair or accurate review if only negative comments are allowed nor should it be considered a good business practice.
